Our expertise lies in evaluating high-impact social projects, conducting baseline studies, and creating comprehensive documentation, including visually engaging coffee-table books and video documentation for the non-profit sector. We offer end-to-end solutions, encompassing field engagement, data analysis, and the delivery of final products that effectively communicate insights and impact.

We provide technical support to Shiksha Mitras, who are educated youths, from villages adjacent to the head office in Balaghat, to run ten remedial learning centres. Here primary school children from Adivasi and other marginalized groups, who are mostly first-generation learners, are taught through an activity-based curriculum on language and mathematics. About 200 children are supported through this initiative.

We collaborate with partner NGOs to enhance their operational efficiency and internal capabilities. Our support focuses on streamlining organizational systems and processes, enabling them to build robust internal capacities. Key aspects of our engagement include perspective planning, and human resource development focussing on long-term organizational growth.

In Balaghat’s villages of Channai, Nata, and Lotmara, our farmers are conserving over 100 varieties of indigenous paddy and various vegetable seeds across four farms, showcasing a model for biodiversity preservation and food security. This initiative aims to expand to hundreds of farmers, empowering communities to adopt sustainable agricultural practices while safeguarding their cultural and ecological legacy.
